From 95, take Exit 20 to 195 East-Cape Cod (from the north, exit left; the south, exit right). From 195 take Exit 2 - Wickenden Street. Turn left at the light onto Wickenden Street. At the next light take a left onto Benefit Street. C. C. Ledbetter B&B is located a few blocks away, just after Power Street, on the left. 326 Benefit Street is a gray house with a bright yellow door.
